Did you know that Columbia Business School has a panel you can be part of that pays VERY well for surveys? You can go online to the Center for the Decision Sciences at the Columbia Business School website and register to take part in some of their online studies.
The surveys are much different than the typical market research ones you are probably used to taking. In fact, most of these university panels offer surveys that are fun and really make you think! From the website:
Recent studies have included completing interactive decision-making tasks, short cognitive tests, solving brain teasers, as well as answering questions about taking risks, the value of an improved environment and general questions about politics.
To register here, you must be at least 18 years old, an English speaker, and have a Paypal or Amazon account to receive payments.
As stated in the title, this is a panel that pays generously. If you get invites to participate in studies, they usually pay more than $10 each. The website states that the average earned is $16 an hour for your time spent.
The Center for the Decision Services pays with either Paypal or in Amazon gift certificates.
Length of Surveys
These surveys are long. Don’t expect to be finished in five to ten minutes. Some may last as long as 30 to 45 minutes. But the pay is good, so it’s worth the time spent.
Frequency of Invites
Some people say they enjoy being part of this panel and that the only real complaint they have is that they don’t receive enough invites. So while the studies do pay well, you can’t really count on the invitations to come in all the time.
The feedback on Center for the Decision Services is very good. You can check Survey Police here to see what many are saying.
