Mindfield Online is another one of the more respected survey panels — they’ve been around now for a long time and they still pay in cash. I have personally taken surveys for Mindfield and been paid as have many others, and they are completely legitimate. Here is some more info on how taking surveys for Mindfield Online works:
The registration process is very easy. They ask for the same basic profile info that most other survey sites ask for. After you’ve registered and confirmed your email, you may also be asked to give them some demographic information so they can better match you to surveys. I think most survey panels leave this part as optional and there are two schools of thought on it — some people say not to fill out the demographic info because it will actually mean you’ll get less survey invitations, not more. Others say to fill it out because you’ll be more likely to qualify into the surveys you do get. I have done it both ways, filled out the info and skipped it, and neither method has seemed to have any impact on the number of surveys I get or qualify into that I’ve noticed, so do what you’d prefer.
As you might have guessed, you cannot simply log in and start taking surveys at your leisure. You have to wait for Mindfield to send survey invites to you. I remember that I used to get maybe 1 to 2 survey invites per week from them, but you really have no way of knowing how many you’ll get. Also, getting a survey invitation doesn’t guarantee you’ll get to complete a survey all the way through or get paid. You’ll have to answer a few screener questions first and these will determine whether or not you’re a good match for the survey.
Most surveys you take will award you with not only a small amount of cash for taking the survey but also a chance to win cash or a prize in one of the many drawings they hold. You will be able to see how much money you have accumulated by looking at your account details. Mindfield Online will allow you to cash out your earnings as soon as you have $5 in your account. You can either request a check once you hit the $5 threshold or you can wait and let your earnings build up even more. When you cash out, Mindfield Online will mail a check to the address they have on file for you. They say it takes about a week to get your money after they send it.
Countries of Eligibility
At this time, Mindfield is only accepting members from the United States and Canada but they say they may open membership up to more countries throughout the world in the future.
Mindfield is for sure a survey panel to sign up with if you are in the habit of taking surveys to earn extra cash. As I said above, they’ve been around for a long time and they pay in cash. I never had a bad experience with them personally that I can recall, so I would certainly feel comfortable recommending them to you!
