Perk TV is something I've learned about within the past week that sounds very promising. It's an app that Perk offers. Perk, in case you aren't familiar with it, is a rewards site similar to Swagbucks and all the others. They have offers, short tasks, and other ways to earn points. But one of the most lucrative things they also have is their Perk TV app. In this Perk TV review, we're sharing some detail about how that works:
Perk TV Review – How to Use the Perk TV App
This is an app you can install for your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Basically what you do with it is watch videos. Of course there are other apps out there that already pay you a little for watching videos like Viggle and Swagbucks TV, but the Perk app allows you to watch videos in a continuous loop — meaning that they don't have to stop until you make them stop!
This is an extremely passive way to earn because you don't have to sit there and watch all the videos. You can just keep them running on your device (you may have to reset it sometimes, so keep an occasional eye on it).
If you do this, the points will add up enough so that you can cash out for an Amazon code at least once or twice per week. Some people are able to get $30 per month in Amazon codes through this app.
Other Things to Redeem For With Perk TV
Amazon isn't the only thing that Perk has you can redeem for. They are affiliated with a ton of different popular merchants, including Starbucks, Paypal, Walmart, iTunes, etc. but the Amazon codes are the best value here. It takes a lot more points to redeem for $5 to Paypal here than it does for the Amazon codes, so that's why a lot of people go for those.
Perk TV Redemption Amounts For Amazon and Paypal
It takes 9,000 Perk Points to redeem for $5 to Paypal and 10,000 points to redeem for $10 to Amazon. If you're OK with smaller dollar amounts, you can get .25 cents to Amazon for just 350 Perk Points.
Perk does have a referral program you can benefit from. For every person that signs up using your unique invite link, there is potential to earn up to $10 for each. Perk TV says that when they earn, you earn, too. So obviously they need to be active on the site in order for you to benefit from them.
How to Get Started
Sign up using this link. Then, go to the “Apps” or “Movies” tabs to get the app and pick a video to watch. If you just leave your device alone, the videos/trailers will play non-stop and you will just keep racking up points.
As I mentioned above, the app can be buggy at times so you might occasionally need to reset it.
Good luck to you, and please let us know in the comment below if you've used Perk TV yourself with any level of success.
