Not too long ago, I wrote a post with a list of survey panels with low cash out thresholds. Today, we're flipping it around some to share with you rewards sites that have low cash out thresholds.
If you're not familiar with rewards sites, these offer ways to earn with surveys, filling out offers, watching videos, cash-back shopping, and sometimes even for playing games. While you won't break the bank with them, they can come in handy for earning a few extra dollars or gift cards here and there.
Even though you're earning cash and gift cards, most rewards sites won't pay you until your account has reached a certain threshold. Once you earn enough to meet the threshold, you can request your money or a gift card. Sometimes this threshold is quite high.
For example, Inbox Dollars — although a legit site — has a $30 cash out threshold. As you may imagine, it can take quite some time to get there.
If you want to earn extra cash through rewards sites without having to wait forever to get your earnings, consider the sites listed below:
Rewards Sites With Low Cash Out Thresholds
#1 – Swagbucks
Swagbucks is easily the most popular rewards site on the entire web. They pay in virtual currency — “Swagbucks.” You can cash out for gift cards to popular retailers with as little as 100 Swagbucks ($1) in your account. If you want Paypal cash instead, you have to have at least $25 in your account.

#2 – InstaGC
InstaGC is one of my personal favorites. Like Swagbucks (above), you can cash out with as little as $1 in your account for gift cards from a variety of places. And the best part is that gift cards arrive instantly — hence the name, “InstaGC.”
I have used this site for a few years now and they do pay instantly.

#3 – PrizeRebel
PrizeRebel is a newer rewards site, but I've been using them for a while now. They're legit. And like InstaGC, they have a very low cash out threshold of just $1 for many gift cards. If you want Paypal cash, you need at least $5 in your account.
Another perk of PrizeRebel is that they pay out instantly after you redeem for most gift cards with lower denominations.

#4 – MyPoints
MyPoints is another very, very old rewards site. When they first started, there was more a focus on cash back shopping opportunities, but they've since branched out into being a general rewards site.
If you want to redeem for a gift card from MyPoints's vast selection of retailers, you need 700 points. This is the same as $5.

#5 – GrabPoints
Note that I have not used GrabPoints, so there's no personal experience to share. However, some research indicates they do have a low cash out threshold. You can redeem for Amazon gift codes or $3 in Paypal cash at just $3 (3000 GrabPoints).

Good luck if you sign up for any of the above! And please let us know of any other rewards sites with low cash out thresholds that you're a part of.
